Where am I now?

So as I mentioned a while back on Twitter, I finished up my position with St. Stephen's University about a month ago.  After a few weeks of Mr. Mom work, I've now started a new contract position doing recruiting and pr work for...

Tyndale University College and Seminary

For those of you who know me I realize some might be wondering how I can do this given my intimate connection with SSU. How can I the son of the founding President, choose to work for the "competition"?

The answer is really quite simple actually.  My time at SSU drew to a close.  There were no issues, no hurt feelings or burned bridges.  They blessed me as I left and I left offering a blessing to them.  It was as good a parting as you can get because it was the right time.  And just for the record--SSU and Tyndale aren't competitors in any way.  But enough about that...on to new adventures.

I'm really exited to be working for Tyndale.  It's a school that's got generations of quality Christian Higher Education behind is and it is also a school that is growing in leaps and bounds.  Instead of giving you the whole pitch here though, check out their website to learn more.  I actually do have a family connection to Tyndale as well.  My Mom is a grad from many years ago when it was a Bible College

The job I'll be doing is pretty similar to what I did at SSU except it's all local.  I'm pretty excited about that as well as that means no crazy travel schedule.  I'll be making contact with as many churches, pastors, youth pastors, leaders as students to make sure Tyndale is on their radar.  If you're interested in having a coffee or lunch, just e-mail me.  I'd love to connect with you.

So that's where I am now.
